This afternoon, we conducted a routine training on how to ensure product quality, with the production director explaining the common problems and precautions that may arise during production. During the training, he emphasized that "customer success is the core of quality, and in the production process, we must consider the current and future needs of customers, with customers as the focus of attention." At the end of the meeting, Mr. Zhang, the chairman, mentioned that "the 20th century is the century of productivity, and the 21st century is the century of quality.
